Explore chocolate from around the world with Lauren Adler (T'95), Chief Chocophile of Chocolopolis.

Lauren will teach you how to use all five senses to enjoy and compare artisan chocolate made with cacao from different regions. You'll taste chocolate from five of the finest chocolate-makers in the world, and compare it with a favorite childhood bar. You will also learn fascinating tidbits from chocolate history.

Located in the Upper Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, Chocolopolis is dedicated to educating customers about quality chocolate. The store is much like a wine store in that it has over 200 chocolate bars organized by the geographic origin of the cacao.

We'll have light hors d’oeuvres and mingling from 6:00 – 7:00. The tasting will begin at 7:00. The cost is $20/person and is limited to 30 people. Please click this link to sign up.
